Reason why a lot of members in the Carolinas Region are listed as Enthusiast

Need a little help, a lot of our Carolinas Region VOA members including myself are listed as Enthusiast instead of VOA members. I responded to a new Viper owner's thread in our region's section, trying to convince him to join and stated that I was the region president...but all that he and others can see is that I am an "Enthusiast". Can you fix the problem please.
