Cingular/Spider-man give away banner

So, who else has one of these in their collections? It's 4'x6' and double sided, they were hung in movie theaters around the time the first Spider-man movie came out. I'm not interested in selling it, but can anyone ballpark a value on it?

Incidentally, what ever happened to the car they gave away?
