Follow up to window regulator failure scratched paint dealer wants to repaint

So I posted the other thread about the window issues and they have fixed the window and the regulator and all is right with the world for now. (see previous post here, http://driveviper.com/forums/threads...-techs-stumped.

Well, turns out when it hit the black brake duct vent it shoved it into the body and created two scratches in the paint. The dealer has already said it would be covered under the warranty and they would fix the paint. I have not discussed the process with who they would use or how they will handle the paint touch up, but what are your opinions on how to go forward with getting this fixed. Of course I've read the million threads about how no one but Prefix should touch these, but is it realistic to expect it to go back to them for two small scratches? How would you all feel if it was yours? I've attached two pics, will be hard to see, but it's in the upper left round part and the lower left round corner.scratch1.jpgscratch2.jpg

Great paint work is not exclusive to Prefix. Check locally for a shop that does excellent work. They will just blow in a small amount I would think and you'll never know it was touched up.

I find it hard to believe that was caused by the window.

And the scratches are very minor and are also angled, should be a easy fix for a local shop.
