At the dealer, needs front shocks and sway bar end links. Shifter feels very stiff. Headlights are both cracked from bulb heat?

welcome to the site, I would have a Local Viper tech check out that car. It has the original tires it appears too which need to go asap. The problems you have listed are the ones you are aware of, you never know what else is lurking. Check the power steering lines for leaks, check that the windows go up and down. look for any paint repair

Car has a recall that is not complete and likely will need oil lines to the oil cooler, since these are notorious about leaking/seeping. Windows going up are a reference to the window regulators , and you should also be listening for noise.
