Gen 3 vs gen 4 exhaust

    I just bought a 2009 Viper convertable

I had on my 2003 the Mopar race exhaust no cat P4510176

Does anybody know if it will bolt on my 2009 without modification ?

    Thanks

    Hi Chap
Not sure about the exhaust from Gen 3 to 4, but just want to let you know that I kept my set of Belanger headers with High Flow cats that fits the stock mufflers from my '08 Convertible. Adds great power and sounds real good without throwing a Cell.
I can sell for $1500 and deliver to your door, since we are neibhors, as I'm from Boucherville
Just an option, that I know works well.

They have different bolt patterns for the mounting flange.

    Thanks for the info

I was confused, some website list the parts for 2003 to 2006
and others list the same parts for 2003 to 2010

If you are using the stock manifolds, it should connect to either generation the same way, just a simple V-band clamp to the outlet on the manifold.

The OEM catalytic converter pipes are nearly identical from '03-10. (I believe the outlet end of that pipe is slightly longer on the Gen4 cars.)
