Rotary or Bend a Pack 4 post lift

Looking to put in a 4 post and have the sliding jack. Which one should I get Rotary or Bendpack and why?

I have just been through this process and went to SEMA to check them all out in one place. I ended up buying a "Quality Lift". They are the consumer divisiion of Challenger lifts. When you cut through the marketing fluff, they all do the same job so make you decision on the specs and dimensions.

I have a Bendpak HD9-SW. Bendpak is one of the few companies that offers a dual side-by-side lift making my 2 car garage into a 4 car garage. I have owned it for 2 years now without any problems. It is well made, but did come from the factory with scratches in the paint, which I did not like. Seems like that is common with Bendpak. They sent me touch up paint and it matched good, but I am very particular. The dealer I bought the lift from did a very thorough job installing it, which is key with the super wide 4 posts.

I've had my Rotary 4-post now for about 8 years and couldn't be happier. No complaints here.

I had a 4-post Direct-Lift in my previous garage, no issues. I'll be shopping again soon. A Backyard Buddy will never be in my garage. I just can't get past the name. I must be shallow.

Have had a Bend-Pac for 4 years now and would look at your space requirement and get one that gives you what you want, I am 6'5" and having a lift that is 100 inches tall is great.

I have had a Rotary Revolution for about 4 years. Really like it. I just got through using it to put running boards on my pick up. I have raised a Ram 2500 crew cab 4x4 diesel no problem.

In the Vincennes University automove programs they have replace all the lifts one of 2 a year with Rotary, they say they have been the best they have found to hold up to the use and misuse the students put them though. Lifts are Rotary 2 posters except on the alignment machines they are some special Bear units.

I've had my Eagle for 12 years still good as new. only thing I would of changed --got the steel ramps wish I would of got the aluminum ramps

I used my friend's Danmar he bought in 2007, to do his own service for his 2007 Noble M400. It is the 7000lbs model. I had my 6000lbs Navigator on it too, staying rock solid even on the highest level setting. I moved far away from his place, so I'm shopping one for my garage!
