Got nervous but happy to post some good news

Not to seem dramatic but I needed to purchase a IPSCO p/s pulley and bracket for my gen II and saw it was a bit cheaper on eBay from a company with good feedback that didn't have a familiar name.

Made my order and my paypal account says I purchased from RSI. After seeing so many posts about delays and not receiving parts after payment I honestly was a bit upset/worried and didn't want to be another statistic.

The parts actually shipped immediately and I received them a few days after purchase! I know the owner has stated he is trying to turn things around so here is some positive feedback from an unbiased customer.

I'll throw up my install video of the pulley & bracket here shortly!

Happy for you and will be cool to see your video. IPSCO is a sponsor here and Mark is a very stand up guy with a high quality product. Personally I would have just purchased from Mark (IPSCO) but to each their own.

I've never heard a bad thing about IPSCO. RSI on the other hand...

Did he drop ship direct from IPSCO or did he ship from RSI in Texas? As that could explain things. But even if it came from him in Texas, it shouldn't be that difficult to ship a part that is just sitting on the shelf.

Glad you had a good experience though.

I too have never heard anything bad from IPSCO it was RSI that I was worried about. It shipped directly from RSI. I've just read too many horror stories of money being sent and taking extended periods of time to receive product or service.

i have ordered things from both companies, and both items were shipped right away.. RSI sent my slow bleed lifters right away.... IPSCO sent my shifter stem to shorten the shifter right away also... both were very nice to talk to on the phone..
