Lol you've been whining like a baby about seeing Sal's dyno slip and now you don't care? Please...you're hilarious.

Maybe if you actually read a thread instead of just looking at the pics, you'd see that the ACR in question has much more done to it than bolt ons. Just stop posting.

Did sal build this car? Is dr zaius sal?

Are you hanging on sals nuts like a herpes sore? It's a simple fucking question fucktard, you claim 649whp, put your money where your mouth is.

Mopar tune leaves about 30whp on the table. You will not gain 50whp on just ported heads alone.

Omg 06, Redx is equalling your impenitent behaviour. Can't you see that?? I don't think anyone is really taking any of this seriously..I certainly wasn't anyways.

    To clarify some items:

Redx is asking for the dyno sheet for the gen 4 car. Not Sal's. You brought up Sal who has a mean gen 2 but is irrelevant to the OP post about the car linked. Redx tongue in cheek asked you to get Sal to,send the dyno sheet to the gen4 car the op listed. Gen 2 electronics are different than Gen 4 electronics however an emissions legal 1500rwhp is incredible and no one is clowning Sal/Sam. (See, keeping it light, making fun of myself for my spelling error)

649rwhp is, from what I have read (wink wink ) is a very strong number on mopar or arrow controller. Stand alone is entirely different, but we are not discussing that.

I'm curious about the dyno sheet as well as I'm working a plan to get a gen 4 currently and 649rwhp is really appealing to me, but there are details missing. Who did the port and polish? What does the hp and tq curve look like. I'd like additional details!

C'mon gents. It's all good. Yes it would be great to see the dyno as it's a good looking Viper. I don't recall seeing much reported from the likes of Greg Good on major hp jumps on a Gen4 with port/polish (Cam suspected of being the limiting factor.) Here was mine with the Hennessey 700r package which supposedly also includes some head work. As I bought it via an auction and have not had the heads off, can't verify exactly what was done to the heads. 614whp/580tq is pretty respectable. 161mph in the half mile granny shifting is the number I'm probably most proud of. Venom 700R Upgrade Includes:
    • High-Flow Cylinder Heads
    • Hennessey Stainless Steel 1-7/8 inch Long Tube Headers
    • High Flow Catalytic Converters
    • Stainless Steel 3 inch Exhaust System
    • K&N Air Filter
    • Engine Management Calibration

    Rocket,

What are the specifics around "engine management calibration"? Is it part of the Hennessy package? 614 is really good on the gen 4! How's driveability?

"Engine management calibration" = secret code words for Mopar controller. Drives great although every now and then I'll get a little idle hunt where it idles up and down between 500-800 rpms. I have not sent mine in for the Arrow update and not sure I ever will. This is a review of the controller:

    SKU: MPP-PCMG4
    Brand: Mopar
The Mopar Performance PCM is designed for race applications on the 2008-2010 Viper, the Stage I Engine Controller has modified spark and fuel tables which function when "power adders" like headers, cat-back exhaust, aftermarket cams and cold air intake systems are used. The computer senses the additional air flow and will compensate with appropriate fuel and spark to maximize performance. The chassis dyno results showed a slight HP gain (approx 10 hp) on a stock ACR but the intent of this controller is to work with power adders to maximize performance.

    Features & Benefits:
    * Power adders can be used without turning on dash warning lights. Catalytic Converters and O2 sensors can be removed without tripping warning lights or causing limp mode to activate.
    * The revised fuel/spark tables are intended for power levels below 700 hp. This controller is not intended for use with nitrous, superchargers, or packages that go above 700 hp. It might work depending on your setup, but it wasn't designed to function in that range.
    * The first to fourth gear skip shift has been eliminated.
    * Requires the use of 93 octane fuel only.
    * The rev limit has been increased from 6400 rpm to 6500 rpm.
    * Tachometer settings have been adjusted for updates every 25 RPM (vs. every100 RPM).
    * Increases engine idle speed from 700 rpm to 750 rpm.
    * The ETC pedal / throttle MAP has been refined which improves pedal feel.
    * Tested using rear axle ratios between 3.07:1 to 4.10:1

NOTE: This device is not legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles certified for use on streets or highways. Once this device is installed, use of the vehicle on a street or highway is a violation of the Clean Air Act, potentially subjecting the operator and the installer to civil penalties of up to $32,500 per vehicle depending on the circumstances.

Paul, my car runs 590whp, does the 1/4 at 10.9@129 at 3000 da, and ran 161.5 in the Calgary 1/2 mile, bolt ons and arrow tune. No Hennessy package lol. Mopar pcm arrow tune.

OMG parabs I know exactly what's going on. Thanks for your play by play commentary. It doesn't change the point that your buddy can't read.
