Differential drain and fill plugs are both 15 ft-lbs
Differential cover bolts are 35 ft-lbs (for your reference)

Transmission drain and fill plugs are both 20 ft-lbs

    Cheers!

All Vipers 2013-2017 have the same trans and rear end (except for differences in 6th gear)
ACRs have a finned cover on the diff though.

Doesn't the ACR have extra ports for a extra oil cooler too?

Anyone have a specific torque wrench that they would recommend?

The one I use most often is a 3/8" Snap-on techwrench.

I'm really happy with my Snap On wrench. Can't go wrong with that company.

To be honest though Sears wrenches will be just fine in my opinion.
