Nice, when you signed the disclosures was there really a section in there that said you are responsible for any damages to their cars?

Yes You would be responsible for any damages that are your fault. When I was there someone was on the autocross and a tire blew out. But it was not his fault

There is an insurance that you can buy ($75 per day). With this you've got a $8000 deductible.
I think that every school does something more or less similar. I went to The Ford ST Octane Academy last year and they also had a insurance for the day, which provided you with a $5000 deductible.

I just got back from the 4 day course. A true first class operation. The most astonishing fact I came away with is that in all of the 30+ Vipers they have, some with 7-8k hard, rev limiter bouncing, missed shifts track miles, not ONE blown engine. I verified this with many different techs, instructors and maintenance guys. All were impressed with the reliability of the motors. I was scratching my head as to how that is possible, considering some of the more recent cases of blown motors.

Been to 10 different Driving and Racing schools and all had Insurance with some deductible. Completely normal and made to ingrain into some folks that you might want to drive with a bit of common sense, ha.

$699 if the guest is driving, but if just hanging around, say , and watching their boyfriend , for example, rip around the courses, then the price would be nada for said guest.

I did gokarting there last year for a corp event and it was great. I spent an hour or more talking with the night manager for the garage about their ACR's. I'm heading back to Phoenix in Feb again and am thinking about taking a few days out there.

Did you do the "4 Day Dodge Viper Grand Prix Road Racing" course? If so, do they really qualify you for an SCCA license?

I'll bet the oil is checked on these cars daily too. Not that this is the only reason for some of the engine failures on the Gen5 but Im sure low oil levels have claimed a few engines.

I've been trying to sign up for months now, but everything is "sold out". Next course that's available is in June 2017.

Odd. I called a couple of weeks ago and had no issues getting in.
