That is an awesome car. I worked in a Mopar dealership as a wash boy in '74 (I was 14). I can remember the sticker on some of the leftover '73's being about $3K. Just as well been a million dollars at that point.

That would be an awesome car to play with, but it wouldn't be the right car for me...where do you take it if it something major breaks?

Viper tech should be able to handle the drivetrain. Otherwise shouldn't any hot rod shop be able to handle it?

The company that originally built it (Time Machines) built a handful of classic Mopars with the Viper drivetrain, sometimes suspension too. I saw a couple about 10 years ago, they seemed like nice quality builds. Any performance shop that works on Vipers should be able to work on them. I recently built my own pro-touring car myself, a 1969 Camaro SS with an LS7 427ci and 6-speed manual. I would love to own a '71 Cuda with a Viper engine. Maybe I'll build that next.

Great in concept. But I'll always prefer my muscle cars to have the V8 rumble.

Agreed. But the V10 rumble with the 708 cam is pretty damn awesome! Sounds like v8 rumble with some extra punch in it.

I have actually seen that car up close several times. They have had that car a while. It is gorgeous. The price has come down. First time I seen it, it was 99k. I think it's a good price myself

Definitely Camaro, it's done in a timeless manner. Looks awesome today, and twenty years from now. Not so much for those V-10 builds.

There is something so amazing and special about a Viper engine in another make/model car or truck. It always makes me go "wow".

Thanks for the nice comments. I designed and built the car myself. Got the car back from the painter in December, and finished it 5 months later. I'll probably do a C10 Chevy truck next.

Camaro is beautiful! I had a really nice 69... miss that car, wasn't this nice though. If you are going to do a C10 next I can't wait to see it! I hope you're doing a 67-72! I love trucks, I've had several cool trucks, hence the reason I need to own the SRT Ram.
