Condolences for Jacob Hall s Family

As many of you have heard about the tragedy in Townviille, SC, and for those that have not please read the below information from Fox news.

    GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
The mother of Jacob Hall said the 6-year-old will have a funeral service that is a fitting send off for her super hero son.

Jacob was shot during a shooting on Sept. 28 at Townville Elementary School. After three days on life support, he passed away on Saturday.

Renae Hall spoke to reporters outside the Greenville Memorial Hospital on Saturday to speak about her son, who she said “wanted to save everybody,” just like the super heroes he loved. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were his favorite heroes.

As the grieving mother plans to lay her son to rest, she said the funeral service for the young boy wouldn’t be any ordinary service.
“I don’t want suits and ties and all that,” Hall said. “There will be a lot of children there and I don’t want it to be scary for them. Jacob will be dressed in his super hero costume.”

Several member from the Carolinas region are planing to attend Jacob's funeral to show support to the family, school, and local community. D'Ann Rauh was kind enough to provide a photo young Jacob wearing a Viper shirt.

Funeral arrangement are as follows: Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5 to 9 p.m. at Oakdale Baptist Church. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m., also at Oakdale Baptist Church. The service is open to the public.

If you can not attend the the service, please take time at 11 am on Wednesday to say a prayer, for the family, class mates, and the community, as they deal with this terrible loss of a great child.

As one of our region members Dan Palacino, stated so well, "this isn't about our club, or the cars....but the community and family support."

May God bless his family. I couldn't imagine losing a son or daughter....especially to a senseless act such as this. Despite the tragedy, "good" always prevails. Praying...

There was a LOT of love shown today in Townville, SC for the family of Jacob Hall. The service was a celebration of his life and hopefully brought comfort to his family. Please continue to remember this family in your prayers. I would like to thank the members that attended, especially George who traveled 300 miles to be there.
