I think I purchased a total of 10' of 1" diameter DEI heat wrap. I went a bit overboard on insulating all the lines around the manifolds, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.Originally Posted by Eddieg

I probably bought as much. But also the blankets for the mufflers. The side sills never get very hot now. Just warm.

I have the same kit, and you really need to ensure the tips never come loose. I had my right come loose 2x and then melt the rear wheel liner. 3rd dissassebly i replaced all wheel wells and welded the tips on with ss308l steel. Happy now finally
