X2 Radiator woes

How disappointing.... Blew my radiator a couple weeks ago and since it's just a pleasure vehicle (I don't race or track the car) I decided to go with the X2 rad vs going the Aluminum route (never had any cooling issues with the stock one anyways).

Got the radiator in Friday but the weather was bad all weekend so I didn't attempt to R&R them. Figured I'd get all my parts in order to make sure I didn't forget anything so I opened the box to check the radiator out and found that the bottom drain plug area was crushed and the inlet tube was crushed. Box didn't show any drop type damage either. Their was a whole in it but no fins were harmed so I accepted the delivery. Sent a message to them so hopefully I can get a replacement without much trouble and hopefully I can get it by Friday as I already took the day off to work on the car :-(

Got a reply from them that they are submitting a damage claim to UPS. Good thing is they are real quick to reply to concerns. Just hoping I can get a replacement in soon otherwise I may miss the car show I was planning on attending Sat. Took Friday off to do all the work as I haven't done a radiator change yet and I wasn't sure how long it would take.

Bottom of my tank was bent also but had no damage to box. Didn't leak so left it. Watch the upper bolts when putting it in. Mine didn't line up they were pointed upward slightly. I ended up breaking one. Also check the shroud bolts some of mine were loose. If the have a nut already on them, it will be harder for the shroud to fit. Might consider taking that nut off.
