First I need to thank Mike Reeves aand his sales team at Capital CJD Garner NC for getting me a local used gen 5 for a phenomenal price. Not only that Mike also put it all together while on his way for vacation. At noon I found the car by that evening the car was transported cleaned and all paperwork done. Also sending me the 2014 DVD owners manual.

2ND Al Humphrey's and his service team at Capital for helping obtain all the info and scheduling to get recalls taken care of and being on call for me when I need a question answered. His team also for assisting with my difficult schedule. I didn't have time to do update on radio so the gave me a drive with it so I could do it myself.

Lastly Mike Fullhart at Gator Cjd Melbourne FL . They were the dealer that built my car and initially sold it. When I bought, it didn't have the original sicker. Srt said only original dealer can request a copy. So Mike ordered me a new one, shipped it to me and gave me a few other forms regarding my car. He went out of his way to do this and asked for nothing in return.

All of them I feel went far above what they would be expected to do, especially with little or nothing to gain from it. That's what I call customer service.

I am glad you took the time to highlight Mike and Al, they have done so much to help our Region, not only in "Viper" related items, but numerous members have purchase other Dodge products. Yes, they are not as big as the "top three", but their Heart and Service after the sale is Outstanding.
