Remember it like yesterday,
I was working in a building by myself laying laminate flooring. My Friend calls me on his cell phone, "Turn the radio on, The World's gone mad"
Shocking. No words really RIP
What were You doing that day?

I was on the phone with a business associate in Boston (I'm on Long Island) and he goes "what the hell is going on down there? A plane just slammed into the World Trade Center". Flipped on the TV and stayed glued all day....no work. The sight of those towers falling will be forever embedded like all of us. As the news trickled in about the Pentagon and Pennsylvania it was like a horrible dream, just surreal. For many days afterwards you could smell the debris and smoke in the air here...unforgettable.
RIP to all who died...
