I agree, especially with these P-Zeros. Replaced my OEM wheels ('00) and PS2's, which I loved, with a set of GenV Rattlers and new Pirellis. Immediately loved the look, but hated the ride - slipping and sliding, noisy at speed. After 400 or so miles they hook up much better and have quieted significantly. Still, they don't track as well as the Michelins on uneven roads...
I'm guessing, but it could have been all the rubber tips (vent spews) on the tread from the molding process which are wearing away...
