What are these gen 2 shocks?

I've a friend with a gen 2 ACR who just upgraded his shocks to motecs or something similar. His ACR had some aftermarket shocks installed on them which we can't seem to identify. The reason he upgraded was because the old ones needed to be rebuilt and he could not find out who makes or rebuilds them. Anyone on here know what these shocks are and what they would be worth in their current state?

He also upgraded his brakes to gen 5 brakes and now his 18 inch CCW classics will not clear the brake kit. Anyone know what these wheels are worth without tires?
