Sorry, but that's BS. You all know the nightmare that has been my 13 GTS. I am the third owner. At first, I was almost praying that my motor go before my warranty is up just so I could have the peace of mind that the ass-hat that owned mine before wouldn't have another ticking time bomb waiting to screw me. But with everything going on with the spun bearings lately, and now the comments made by this GM you spoke to, it sounds like if my engine were to go, I'd be SOL.

For some reason these dealer managers are very misinformed lately. I had a manager who swore these cars made 640 WHP not crank no matter what I tried telling him.

There should be a way to hold them accountable. It's pretty sad with all of these failures to be a main topic and then you still have some jackass manager misinforming people with high hopes.

Getting their words in writing (email) just might get you a very rare warranty on a arrow pcm viper!

When a specific dealer denies the claim it isn't that dealer per say. They are being told to deny that claim.

FCA is cracking down hard on warranty claims across their car lines. FCA just isn't picking on us Viper owners.

Everyday there is more and more paperwork, tests, pictures, files we have to send them of vehicle scan reports, etc. to get a warranty claim covered.
True and not true. You will be much better off from a Viper specific-friendly dealer than a regualar dodge dealer.

When I bought mine the dealer principal told me mine had 600HP and if I wanted 640HP they would chip it for me. He was positive it had 600HP until I showed him a Brochure.

This representation seems false to me, but if the dealer will put it in writing including that the dealer will step up and repair the car if the manufacturer balks, then I'd say you are safe to rely on this. But you may be buying a fight later on and of course the promise is only as good as the people backing it and working on your vehicle.

What about those of us that had our Arrow PCM installed by the dealer. If warranty is being denied due to PCM, then why would the dealer freely install and or not have the owner sign some sort of documentation

I'll take that a step further. When a dealer sells you a car there should be a document to sign explaining what voids a warranty. Just having it in a manual doesn't seem legally binding to me, but then again I am no lawyer. What if I toss the manual in the trash and say I never got one? A signed document would end any argument fast.
