You still need to purchase 19" wheels, or 18" wheels if you do Forgeline or Finspeed.
The emergency brake caliper will bolt up so you won't have to purchase anything additional. All other parts are reused. This isn't a cheap alternative but I expect pricing to come down even further in the future. The biggest expense still is the rear knuckles. These shouldn't be this expensive but I am sure they are priced just to keep people from doing what I did.
So recap, list is $23,325 plus shipping and tax if applicable. Web price that I simply googled is $16,173.
