Awesome. Good to finally see him drive one, wish it was a longer video.

I am not surprised at all. He is not an "entertainment" automobile journalist. His reaction seems to be the same as most of the reviewers that are actually experienced drivers who aren't compelled to add in fluff comments to sell magazines/

His love for Porsche is well know. It was refreshing to see him being this honest.

Wish the video was longer. Mine should be done anyday and the wait is killing me.

Honest, passionate review. Anyone who knows how to track that has driven one on a road course is either blown away, or in denial. As Chris says, it's in another league above the GT3-RS or anything else shy of $1M. A Porsche 918 or McLaren P1 have a legitimate shot at competing, but almost nothing else. The ACR is God's gift to track rats.

Nice video. He stated its been 15 years since he's been in a Viper. Too bad his new found love for these cars is coming at a time that this chapter (Viper production) is ending

That's why it was a perfect review length and all. Very focused review on a track focused car on the track where it should be. Enjoyable. These ACR-E'S are amazing machines for those lucky to have them. Loved his passion for the manual transmission. I dread the day they go away. Hopefully it will be an option for whatever I get next.

Good, honest review. I don't particularly understand why that show likes drifting cars though. Looks cool, but is slow around a track.

That always annoys me in a video review !!!!!

Cool video, he was wheeling that thing

Havin a BLAST!! Good to see !!

  17. #17
I think he said 335 rear tires. Oh well.

Wow, honestly I watch most of his reviews. I've rarely seen him that emotional at the end. Maybe after cars like the McLaren P1.

This needs to be seen by every other automotive journalist that ever reviewed a Viper.

Great review. What a blast around the track!

To be honest I was surprised by it, glad he enjoyed it.

Cant believe he hasnt driven a Viper in 15 years. Lol

  23. #23
Sliding a viper - massive balls.

  24. #24
i would have loved him to review one without aero too, just to get his perspective on how a more common road faring viper stacks up.

Just Mega. Glad he finally had a go... He slides everything. Check his F40 versus F50 review. Same thing. But loves to watch him anyway. Love that he loves the ACR even more.
