Went to my first meeting this August 3rd as a Viper Owner.

I've always been around the local community dating back to the time that the meetings were held at Fuddruckers with some 65 plus cars in attendance & the local tuners were out in full force.
The times have changed and the meeting is further away from the city but it was great to see familiar faces to me that I knew.

First thing I did after the meeting was order some much needed new tires as my new to me 2K8 Coupe had 10 year old tires up front and 7&9 year old tires in back. (Thanks VOA Discount!)

Additionally, I also joined the VOA as a Mamba member as a way to say Thanks! The IL chapter has always been the best chapter (objectively, of course) and I'm glad to be a part of it.

My car's alternator is dead unfortunately but hopefully the replacement will arrive soon and I'll be back at the show next week or the week after!

Hope you can make it to the party this weekend. Couldn't get to the September meeting and God knows I go no matter what. Had a 18" of water on the interstate and after 2 hours of driving and only getting 25 miles, I was forced to turn around and call it a night.
