    2017 ACR-- hard to get?

Showing my ignorance. I haven't bought a Viper since my 2 2010s. Are 17s sold out?

Shouldn't be too difficult at all to order one at this point but not sure if that will hold true through the end of the model year or not. Nobody really knows how it will play out in the end.

I was told completion dates are far far out because of the special editions and influx of 2017 final year orders.

They will fill sold customer orders before dealer orders so you could jump ahead of many of those final editions imo.

That will be a great improvement over 2013.

That would be great to see customer orders filled before spec orders. No offense to our dealer sponsors here, of course.

Curious what the big three say to when orders will be stopped.

We have one each of the most sought after Limited Models ( one 1:28, one Vooodoo, and one GTSR), and of course we have allocation to order a One of One. Though no one knows for sure when the ordering process will end, it is easy to extrapolate the numbers in already and take note that the cars will likely fill the estimated Production capabilities before this year is out. Logically, unlike most years, they will not request excess parts from suppliers and they can not extend the build time since the Plant is closing. Even upping production has virtually no chance ,as training new employees for a very short term is not viable. Hope that answers your question.

Maybe I misinterpreted this. Please correct me if I am wrong. Doesn't this mean there is going to be a race against the clock situation? Such that if they fall off pace, some people may not get their cars? And not requesting excess parts, doesn't that out even more of a premium on things like rear ends, tailight assemblies, etc?

    Thanks.

Simple answer -------------no regardless of what some Dealers are saying, there is no set date. One can extrapolate some ideas , but Dodge/SRT has not come out and told us, X Date is the deadline.

Vprbite -- too answer your question, I do not think this will be a concern, as they will , at some point, shut off orders because of your concerns. That said , note my answer right above on a specific date??

Ok thank you. I'm planning to purchase a Gen V next year so hopefully they don't discontinue it before I'm ready. I'd really like to get a GTC if I can, but it's not the end of the world if I can't do it. I'd be more than happy with an Adrenaline red GT or GTS.

Are SRT, GT and TA orders shut off at this time?
