Clay, I bought a red '98 in flawless condition about 1.5 months ago w/ 5400 on the clock. Your asking price is fairly close to what I paid for the car and in comparison to all the wrecked ones in the marketplace, it's a good price for someone who doesn't want any drama.

it's certainly a very nice car but.... how can something be called "flawless" if there are a few flaws ( radio not working, front air dam scratches, small chip on driver door) ??????????????

Chip has been touched up and you can't even tell. Air Damn scratches are common on all these cars and you don't see them unless you are on your back underneath it. Radio is easy, I haven't replaced it because I have a 16' ACRE and Don't drive it. I purchased it to sell. I wanted to keep the car in its complete original form for the buyer. Original cars are always worth more in classic and antique form.

I'm sorry if this is taken the wrong way...and GLWS....GTS looks great...but...

While the scrapes under the fascia are common on these cars...they're flaws. Perhaps adding a pic of this would help avoid an issue with a potential buyer traveling to see the car? Might save you some time and aggravation...

I've been playing with collector cars all my adult life and went on too many trips to view cars that didn't live up to the "mint", "flawless", "show winner" descriptions applied to them in ads. Wasted my time and the seller's.....

Someone probably will as long as there is lots of negotiating room in the OP's asking price.
If you get 49K for a '98 red GTS (and I hope you do) I'm putting my ACR-E up for 200K. And it really is "flawless"...

I changed it to immaculate. I will also get pics of interior. It is....Immaculate. Two previous Gen II owners have seen and one has driven it and are impressed with its cleanliness.

The car was an 80 year old dealers that never titled it. I bought it three months ago and did all the service and new tires and just didn't do radio because I have an ACRE I will be driving. My ACR came in and I don't need this one. I still love it. This car value is going up in my opinion. 1998 is the year I graduated high school and my dad was a GM for a Chrysler store. I saw one floating on the water a Disney World at the Dealer show in 1993 when we went in lieu of the dealer. Call it sentimental value, but it is a car sale. Do you guys pay asking price? lol Shoot me an offer!

Great looking car....and as others have said GLWS. I am a noobie to vipers as i just got my 1st snake a 94 last November. I remember all the cars i looked at before buying mine. Everyone said...."cars perfect condition"...."flawless"...."no scratches or imperfections", etc. What i saw on arrival was a different story. I traveled out of state to look at 4 cars. One had fresh burnt rubber around the wheel well, others had deep scratches and body cracks, others had badly worn seats or lots of scratches in the interior plastics. Bottom line as others have said above....best advice is to be honest with postings. best of luck!!
