HELP! Code P1195 and P1196 O2 sensors slow during cat monitor

Viper guys and gals, my Viper continues to have issues, I still have a yellow emissions ready light and it looks like both upstream O2 sensors failed!? The download states Bank 1 sensor 1 and Bank 2 sensor 1 slow during cat monitor, does anyone have any idea if something else could be causing both of these faults? I find it coincidental that both have failed at the same time. Thank-you in advance for any and all assistance! Jeff

Obviously look for what is common to both of them. That is several items in the list.
