This is a web video series that he is doing for Top Gear. It looks like it is bi-weekly, and that he has done 3 since the announcement in June.

Not sure why all the negativity, Chris Harris has always seemed like one of the least biased auto journalists to me. He's the one that called out Ferrari for custom tuning their cars for reviews when no one else would. Yes he is a big fan of Porsche but that is entirely deserved in my opinion. He has given Camaros, Mustangs, Corvettes and other American cars props as fantastic values in the past so I fully expect to hear an unbiased opinion.
