July 9, 2016...IN/KY VOA Meeting/Clear Bra Tech Session STARTING at 11:00 AM (EDT) at Clear Bra Indy, 242 Gradle Dr., Carmel 46032. There will be assorted sodas and water available.

FOLLOWING our demo session (on Scotts Gen V), we will proceed to the Nickel Plate Bar & Grill for our business meeting and lunch WHICH SHOULD BEGIN around 12:45 PM EDT.

P.S....SOME may choose to meet at the weekly Indy Cars and Coffee located at Gator Motorsport, 3353 West 96th St., Indianapolis, IN 46268
IF one chooses to attend this C&C, it usually gets underway at 9:00 AM EDT...and, one should depart C&C by 10:30 AM in order to travel to Clear Bra Indy by 11:00 AM.

Here is an IMPORTANT UPDATE regarding our events Saturday July 9, 2016:

The "official" Indy Cars and Coffee for July 9, 2016 will be held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum...10:00 AM til Noon. This event takes place on the second Saturday each month...and, is free.

MY confusion on this issue lies in the fact that Gator Motorsport still allows use of their parking lot even though Gator will be closed on the second Saturday (as confirmed per telephone call to Gator Motorsport). Thus far, some people are still showing up at the Gator Motorsport parking lot the same day as IMS...as a more informal gathering.


At this point my advice is for folks to attend the location that best fits their schedule...THEN, travel to Clear Bra Indy by 11:00 AM as planned.
