Cruise for Chrislyn - Saturday July 16

A few Viper owners and other car fanatics are organizing a "Cruise for Chrislyn" to benefit one of our own NY/CT members. We didn't have anything on the official calendar for July 16, so please give this a look and consider participating!

Starting point will be in the Naugatuck, CT area and will drive some back roads and some highways for approximately 40 miles.
Meeting time at the start point is 9:30am.
Cruise will end at Papa's Dodge in New Britain, CT. This dealership has an on-site museum and diner where lunch will be available for purchase. In addition, an ACR (or two) will be on display! All are welcome to stay as long or as little as they would like.

People who would like to participate in the rally are asked to make a donation for any amount to the go fund me page, with their email address and "rally" in the "would you like to send a message" field.

THANK YOU for the post Ed! Also to Steve for leading the charge getting this event going and organized. The event is for my wife who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer about a month or so ago. It was caught early but she is still facing major surgery and a fairly long recovery time. As she is self-employed, when she can't work, she doesn't have income. Being a two income family this makes the day to day with the loss of her income extremely difficult. Neither of us has ever been good at asking anyone for help and our family has always been the kind who helps others in any way we can. It's very difficult for us to believe we are the ones in need.

Thank you to all my fellow Viper fanatics for whatever you can do! I will always be someone to pay it forward and any and all help is BEYOND words appreciated! Please keep her in thoughts and prayers as they do indeed help! Humbled by the outpouring of love and support! THANK YOU ALL!

Chrislyn's surgery is today at noon! Keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers... I know she will do just fine!

Received word from Josh that Chrislyn is now out of surgery and in the recovery room! Surgeons said it went pretty well which is good. Chrislyn is still sleeping but should be awake soon to see her family!
