Here's the update...
I was totally wrong...both Mishimoto hoses are great. I was mistaken by the outside diameter difference between the oem and the Mishimoto, well, the Mishimoto hose fit perfectly (both upper and lower).
To make a long story short...everything is now perfect and and Mishimoto hoses look great and fit great but better yet, i can drive my Viper the way a Viper deserve to be driven
