Bought mine from them. The assistant GM there is awesome. Had some issues and he did everything to insure I was satisfied with the Viper. He allowed me to pick a detail shop to do a full paint correction since their guys put swirl and hologram marks all over the car when cleaning it.
Make sure you request that NO ONE wash the car for you. They will end up doing more damage than anything.

They way he said it, I think they were customer orders.
I live 2 miles away and they will cut a better deal but, I buy my Vipers from Bill at Woodhouse. Have had VERY BAD experience with their Service Dept. Best, Allan

Palmer won't ever touch my Viper as long as I can help it. Troncolli seems to have done a good job thus far so I will continue using them for any warranty work.

Truly the worst part of the Gen5 is the lack of proper techs.
Yeah, my car was in sad shape when I picked it up from Palmer, but I bought it sight unseen (except for your standard dealer pics) unfortunately. I didn't make much of a deal about it, but just ended up doing the correction myself. There are still a couple of deep scratches on the rear decklid I'm not sure I have the balls to try and go after.
That being said my buying experience from them was very good. Sean (not sure if he's still there) was very helpful. Don't know anything about service. I get my service done here in Orlando by a fellow Viper owner at Fields CDJ.
Bought a viper from them in Septemeber. Sean the eBay. Guy was great at first but then the issues started. Took almost 3 weeks for the car to show up and when it did had 16 times/ flaws he never disclosed. I had the shipper show me the form Sean signed showing al the issues and also shipper showed me the pictures from pick up. Needles to say Sean went MIA very fast and I had to reach out to the owner Jody who jumped on things fast but passed me off to a manager named Dustin. Had to take car to my painter to fix rash on wheels, scratches on car, damaged from CF (TA) model, car was filthy and mess only came with 1 key and didn't have any gas. Needless to say I just emailed Jody the last parts I'm missing to make this car the way it should have looked from purchase. Jody ha been great and hope he steps up again to honor this damage as I don't want to eat the price on new front lower CF parts on a TA that they damaged. If they do this I will use them again and if they leave me hanging I will file complaints as needed so no one else deals with this. Again nothing major but enough that it should have been disclosed and fixed or discounted before hand.
I've always noticed they get red gen ll gts cars often and they are priced right with great pictures in the ads. I almost bought one from them years ago but never did. Seems like a crap shoot at best.
Sad since they were offering great prices too and were moving lots lf Vipers on ebay.
Mine is on order from Sean. I live no where near GA, however he worked hard and has arranged several orders for locals.
Sean wanted the sale, he was up front on pricing and what he could do. I called around to others. They either seemed like they didn't care to talk to me, wouldn't get back to me or never answered the phone. I was surprised how hard it is for someone to take money. In the end Sean received several orders and we are doing plant pickup. Being half way across the country their service department and vehicle prep are no concern.
Right now I am happy to have dealt with him.
(To clarify, since Mark & Crew @ WH has been mentioned, I have spoken on the phone with Mark and Bill. I would have no issues dealing with WH either)

So I am not the only one with the same exact issues. I purchased my car from Palmer Dodge, and it was my mistake I trusted them. There was some issues with the car that they decided to not disclose, once I got the car it was not really what they said it was. First they blamed the shipper on the issues, but when I reached out the shipper he showed me the documents that they signed stating the issues were there prior to loading the car up. After a few weeks of calls I got to Jody who attempted to make it right. I hate to bash companies as I assumed it was a one off, again I was wrong. I strongly suggest anyone who is looking at a car from them go see it in person, and DO NOT let their detailing team touch the car.
I have not heard back from Jody and Sean has gone MIA once again. I already have my certified letter for the AG office, one from my attorney for Jody and Palmer and for the BBB to go, if I don't get my issues solved by this Wednesday. Mine issue is simple at this point, send the part numbers I just emailed to you directly and don't lie and mislead people and blame the shipper when your sales guy signed on all the issues and failed to disclose. It's not hard and I know how having employees is hard cause you cannot oversea all of them but when I send you more issues simply showing a pic of the issues and saying send me these parts asap please and thank you a simple "sorry and they are in route" makes it all better. After all it has been a month of chasing people down waiting for parts and labor costs, more lies, my time to get car to shop to fix and still need to go to dealer to get a new key I am paying for out of pocket programmed. if we add my time and stress to what should have showed up the bill gets very high very fast.

I set up a group order of ACR's with Sean and he has been great so far. As mentioned eairlier some of the others did not even want to talk to me. Others did not want to try and help us with our group pickup. Sean went out of his way to try and get us a 8 Viper pickup at the plant at the same time. I just texted him after hours tonight asking for info and he happily replied. Has been a good experience so far. Will keep updated.
I have nothing but praise for Palmer, Sean and Jody.... I live in Florida... I called Sean on the phone , never been to the store, and arranged for a ACR 1 of 1 purchase over the phone.. .. I called around and their price was a great for my 1 of 1 ACR order....My deal also included trading in my 2013 GTS, Jody ( GM manager ) gave me a great price over the phone for my trade in ... I shipped my car to them , they gave me the price they said they would give...no issues..I did a factory pick up for my ACR , so I dont have any experience with the detail shop, but new Vipers come detailed from the factory... All you have to do is tell Palmer, do not detail my car and you wont have any issues with their detail shop if you pick up the car from them ... I can just say...they did a great job,,, would purchase from them again in a heartbeat... Ralph..aka " Skydeals"
