this is good info given that this is so close to home. I live in the central part of Alabama and have used Benchmark in Bham and a dealer in Dothan.
Who has had the best service around here? I need a trusted service center and was thinking Palmer being that its only a few hours away but considering the comments i guess i'm still looking.

I ordered my car from Sean at Palmer. Honestly the best buying experience I've ever had.

    Update,

Just like last time once I emailed Jody he was replying to me by this AM. He has been on par with my lambo dealers, Porsche dealer etc. I never met him, never flew out but once I reached out with my issues he has jumped on them and had Dustin a manager help get them fixed. This current run of issues is on both of us I will admit. My painter didn't want to do any work to the car until we had the parts, dealer was going to pay etc. Makes sense to me as I didn't know if I was screwed by some shady dealer and was going to have to use my $$ to get the car bought back etc. Well the parts and labor we needed showed up and is now in the shop getting the car where it should have been. Now though once the bumper was off a small part I figured I could eat (under plastic on TA CF front corners) was not only ripped and broken off but now we find out from dodge cannot be ordered with out CF parts as one entire unit. As you can imagine I don't want to spend the 2-3k I am sure these parts cost to get them fixed and as they should have come. Jody asked why these were not on the original bid and I explained the same thing I have said here. Until that bumper is off you cant see what you have and I don't know any good shops that want to take a car apart and start digging around with out parts in hand and not knowing if said customer is going to keep the car.

I will also add this almost was all avoided as I was working with Dustin and Jody on the 1 of 1 ACR E they had just got in and Jody waived some fees and even offered to cover the shipping for me which was great but I was still losing about 10k on the car in a month at 100 miles and the bank wanted 20k down on top of that. Sad part was I missed the 1 of 1 build of my own by 1 day which would have been a car at invoice the way I wanted it vs this ACR E (which is bad ass) but is not invoice and now 10-12k more than what I would have built. Text is great to keep a record of events but it was my fault for not confirming that I wanted the 1 of 1 I sent the build sheet for via text on the phone. So at this point I cant tell any guys to stay away from Palmer as Jody Dustin and even Sean when he is on it have been great. Out of 40 car deals out of state this has been my only time having an issue that is said to be on the shipper. If so lets get the shippers insurance to pay and move on. I will keep you guys posted and also say in the future no matter the size of the dealer or price of the car may always be best to take the time and go see the car in person or refuse it when it arrives if it is different from what you were told. I came home early to get the delivery from a trip and text Sean that night as it was being unloaded and took our text that "he would make it right" as good enough and move on. I didn't know Viper had such a big tax on them. From Turbo S, GTR's, Sl65's, M3's, E55's and the list goes on Dodge may be winning the "TAX" race .
