Replacing the trim is fairly time consuming and you just need to get a good razor scraper and remove all of the trim around the window...you will then want to start at the lower corner and push the new trim onto the window to the other corner...you will then cut a piece to go on the bottom. You will need to miter cut the trim at each corner where they meet. The only issue I found was the trim wants to flatten it the 2 upper corners but can be heated and keep its shape. The trim has its own butyl to hold it on the window.
I ordered the molding from a local window shop but had to buy it by the 75 ft roll. I have 60 ft left and if anyone needs it I will sell 10 ft sections for $20.00 shipped.
