    Thank you Viper family

After 9 years as a proud Viper owner, it is time for someone else to enjoy my beloved ACR. It came from nowhere and was unexpected but you know how it goes when someone wants your ride and you have something else you want in the back of your mind.
I have enjoyed being a member of the Viper family. I learned the pride in owning a unique piece of automobila, driving it to its limits (well my limits really) and much about this wonderful vehicle. The Viper forums were my lifeline in the pre-purchase days and even more important as I enhanced the vehicle over the years. Watching it drive away and into the distance was bittersweet for me and my family. My boys learned respect for horsepower and car care as they grew along with the car. It was important to them that they detail it the last time for the new potential owner before he came to look at it.
I have pointed the new owner in your direction and I expect he will pop up here shortly.
Thank you all so much for letting ride along with you.
    Cheers

Love your pick of old and new cars. The Jag should be fantastic. 550 HP.

Whoever got your Viper must have paid a pretty penny. Not one of the tire kickers on here, that is for sure. One of the few non-destroyed cars out there with that color, but you already knew that.

Please post a review of the Jag on this thread to let others know how you like the car.

Thanks Patent. Oddly enough the purchaser struggled between my ACR with enhancements like the big brakes, Corsa, KW shocks etc. and a "unmolested" Red ACR a dealer had, once he saw the color in person he was hooked. He has ZERO buyers remorse and seems to be loving it. I hunted for that car just like I had to hunt down this rare Jag.
Will share when I get it; presently on route from 3500 kms away.

Hey Patent, as promised here are a few pics as an update. Got it finally here and jumped through the hoops to get it legal. Been driving it for a few weeks and it's exceptional. Different animal from the ACR.

Lots of gizmos to play with and its QUICK.

Great choice - it would be interesting to compare the running costs. Good luck.

it was gone faster than the driver could close the doors on the trailer; there was an Enzo in the truck with one on it....

Fantastic. Love the color. The interior is really nice. Thanks for all the pictures. I am sure that many others will be following your example now that the Viper is ending production.
