Given that sometimes peoples cars may arrive before them, or that you can't react quickly to pick it up, we've worked with the track and they have agreed to allow Passport to unload in their facility. They will store cars and also hold the keys for you.
We're encouraging passport to use that location, however they are free to find a spot closer to the hotel if they wish (and if their owners want). Only downside is the track is farther, so if you're taking a cab, it's a 25 min trip. At least it's a location that is always open to them.
