ACR-E Hood Vents Re-designed

Just a heads up that FCA re-designed the removable hood vents for the ACR-E, and now they are a dedicated part vice being modified from the regular viper vents. I believe the end of the part number is now AF vs AE. I took my car in to the dealer for a loose vent, and they ended up ordering all six and swapping them since the ones that shipped with my car were not up to snuff. If any of you have loose vents I recommend you talk to your dealer to get the new ones under warranty.

The first picture is the old style vent. As you can see, it is modified by cutting one of the non-removable clips out. The second picture is the new style, with the tab specifically designed to accept the clips and keep them from sliding side to side. The clips don't appear to have changed.
