Calvo Motorsports PPG/Pfitzner sequential and H pattern gear box rebuilds!

Always striving to better our customers and trying to cut back on middle men issues we have started and now offer full time Tremic/Getrag transmission repair and upgrades. The first issue we noticed on the Gen V, more prominent on the turbo cars is 5th gear being over drive and a .77. We started by offering a upgraded blocker ring/.85 ratio 5th gear. After that and one of our customers destroyed my personal transmission testing to see what a turbo Gen V felt like. We gave it a full rebuild. A few months ago a customer approached us about doing a sequential in his gen 3 and we went straight to PPG Pfitzner to talk about Viper transmissions. We now are a PPG/Pfitzner dealer and can order and ship you the parts or build your transmission here. They can be set up to be manually shifted, air shifted or flappy paddle shifted (go buy a gtr if you want that!). Through building these we also learned a large part of our customers have issues due to racing and beating on the cars so we made the call to offer full transmission service options. Feel free to call us or contact us for any and all transmission needs!

The Linear bearings, shaft set up coupled with the best transmission parts on the market lets you shift this with one finger!

PPG input shaft and gear vs stock. Notice the difference in thickness on teeth?

Few in for rebuild and or sequential!

Nice to see a shop that knows how to properly set pinion depth!

Emco is a great box, they are straight cut gears and about 10k more in price than these, they are all straight cut, not sure if you can get them any other way so pretty loud. These don't make any noise except for a little clunk on a shift.
