First impressions. All I can say is WOW!!!

I just got home from my 1200 mile trip picking up my new (to me) TA 2.0. Understand before i purchased this car I had never driven a Gen V. I did sit in one at the tail of the dragon last year. The way it rides, the way the transmission shifts, the ease at which it goes down the road, the way it does everything, i am so impressed all I can say is wow. The difference between the my Gen 3 and Gen 5 is like comparing apples to potato chips.

This car begs to be driven. You know I think i'm just the guy to do that.

I too went from a Gen 3 to Gen 5. Everything you said is about what I said when I got mine. Unbelievable car, right? Looks stunning too.

When comp blue first came out I was like meh...not really a fan. But the more I saw of it (and seeing in person) completely changed my mind.
I think it's amazing in the flesh. Good luck with it! And yeah...Gen V to a Gen III not even in the same universe.

I tore down my Gen 3 to convert from blower to twin-turbos. That was over a year ago. The longest it had not been running prior to that, was about 2 weeks. Why? Because I have a distraction - the Gen 5 TA to drive around. I honestly do not miss driving my Gen 3, even though it was much faster. So, I completely understand where you are coming from.

Looks badass! I can't wait to see this color in person. How's the comfort level on longer road trips compared to the gen 3?

The comfort level was fantastic. I drove 490 miles in five hours the day and 700 miles in 10 hours the second day. I felt it was as comfortable as my Lexus, not the ride the comfort level. If far exceeds the comfort of the Gen 3.
