    Where to mount WB?

Where are you guys mounting your WB? There isn't really any where decent to mount it except inside the glove box? Above steering wheel? It's 52mm (2 1/16th)

Used to have an insert for the glove box in my GTR that would house gauges and timers.

Anyone know of such an animal in the works for a G5?

Canadians: Innovate WB MTXL for $252 CDN at Mopac. That's cheaper than US.

Mine's in the glove box. I needed it to be accessible, but didn't want to see it all the time. I also thought about mounting it in a pod on the steering column, but that would block the view of the speedo and tach, so that was a non-starter.

I guess it depends on how you are going to use it...if you aren't using it with something like HPTuners, the information you'll get from it will be interesting, but there won't be anything you can do to fix it. Still, I'd think that would make you lean towards having it easier to see...with HPT, I'm bringing the input straight into the scanner, so I don't need to see the data real time when I'm making WOT pulls since I know the data is being recorded along with other parameters of interest.

It probably does not matter where you mount it. To be effective, a wb should be logged against rpm and throttle. Instantaneous readings are very misleading.

MAF voltage and pedal position work pretty well.

You can use it to set up a filter...have it only populate cells with data when pedal position = 100%.
