Trying to understand if I need a seat lowering kit to be able to drive with a helmet on. I am just under 6' tall, 32 inseam. I maintain a proper driving position (can't drive gangsta-style).
Do I need a seat lowering kit to fit?

I'm 6'2 and had to put in a kit for my helmet clearance, but I also have a 32 inseam so you might be fine. Pushing the seat vertical does make it worse though. I almost fit if I pushed the seat forward and tilted it back all the way.
I recommend finding a viper at a dealer or from a forum member to try it out with your helmet on.

Im 6'1. Have a stock gen2 RT/10. I just barely fit with helmet on. I may get a lowering kit for leg comfort but height was not an issue.
