What is the difference between "Registered Users" and "Enthusiast "

Every person that has registered for the forums is a registered user. Since we are not registering VIN numbers until someone actually becomes a paid member of the VOA, regstered users are listed as "Enthusiast"
Every VOA member has to be an owner with a VIN number to join.

Same thing... the sync tool just has not updated those folks.
