How can you say further discounts when you dont know what was offered originally? This is a typical sleazy sales guy line to get you in the door. Then say "oh! I cant beat that"

I wonder if you're now hoping to prove him wrong, and that you were the top negotiator when you bought yours back then, or perhaps it's to possibly show us that you paid too much...hmmm, let me guess.

I don't think Toronto area dealers would appreciate anyone posting confidential "member only" pricing on this open forum. Non-member buyers like yourself (and me when I bought mine) negotiate a price that they are happy with and it would only cause grief to later discover that a lower price was available to others that had joined and supported the club and local dealers as paying members. Membership has it privileges, thanks to members like Jay, and you should consider purchasing a VOA membership that both financially supports the VOA that runs this forum and the local club that organizes outstanding events that really enhances the Viper ownership experience!

I hate to jump in here and I do understand what you are trying to say.

Although if there is a "secret discount" for VOA-VCA whatever then it should be a known quantity. Not divulged after the fact... Like "pay your dues THEN we will tell you the discount".

When I bought from Dave he literally said "this is my cost and this is what I can sell for"... For each option. That honesty is why I bought there. I wouldn't have bought there if he has said "MSRP is this but if you join the club I'll knock some money off"

I haven't join any club as I just don't see the point. Calendars and key chains and stickers? Cmon.

Geez, I'd never join a club like that either. Too bad you don't live in Ontario. Think VOA-Extreme...and we've also got some of the best Viper dealers anywhere!
