Brake and Clutch Fluid separation and general recommendations to fix a grind 2 to 3?

Ok, I've searched for a couple of days for a thread I had seen many moons ago showing what to buy/install if you are experiencing a grind between shifts.
It included fluid, separating brake and clutch reservoirs, a product from Tick, etc..
I have a Gen V and it grinds slightly under hard shifts from 2-3. I changed the clutch and hoped it was just the stock clutch dying.. but it still does it.

PS: I spoke to my dealer and they said the just replace the entire transmission under warranty vs repair. Could be out of the frying pan and into the fire if I pick up one that grinds elsewhere also.
