    Dyno & free lunch

As a reminder, this Saturday, is all the free pizza you can eat...well maybe. But more important is that we are going to have free access to the DYNO, and then have free pizza.

We are looking for a head count to see how many are going to show so we can plan things and order the right amount of pizza. Also, there will be at least two items(non-edible) given away. So please annotate if you are going to attend this event with your car....just curious to what we are bringing.

    Thanks,

    1. Jeff B. (2015 Viper)

I'm now a "maybe"... Hammer Jr has a soccer game, but it appears he's picked up the flu. If he's sick, no game and I'm free. We'll see!

    Guys,
I had a blast at the DYNO event, had a great turnout, met a lot of great people both club and non-club members. The facility was great (thanks to the crew at Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh, NC), And we signed up a new member (Ahmad Eied) who has an awesome Gen V, and a Corvette that has a little bit of horsepower. Marko's Hellcat was a sight to see and hear, impressed us all. Once again, I got to say we had a great time, members are what make events like this great and something to remember forever...or at least until next year.

We had two trophies one for the highest horsepower and one for the lowest horsepower, both are very coveted awards, to be held in the highest esteem and placed in a very important place within the house. The "Lowest Ooomph Horsepower" award went to Matt with is Gen II (1998) Viper with rating a HP rating of 429 and TQ of 470. The "Highest Ooomph Horsepower" award went to the newest or soon to be the newest member of the Carolinas Ahmad, with a HP of 567 and TQ of 524 in his 2014 Gen V. Both Vipers were stock...or I think they are.

Below is a picture of the vehicles and their results and a picture of some of the Vipers parked outside.

Had a great time today seeing all the members and friends. All the cars sounded awesome but Ahmad's Vette was just bad ass. Unbelievable!

Always a great time at Mayhem!

Surprised to see so many Gen 5 Vipers....and not one duplicate color.

    Congrats to Matt and Ahmad!

Jeff, make sure to invite Ahmad to the HPDE

Fantastic time. Thanks for the award. Was very happy with my cars dyno results. Didn't expect that high of numbers. Had more torque then some gen 5s which really surprised me. Hopefully I'll be able to make one of the other events this year. Always great hanging out with you all.
