Gen 2 1998 GTS - GT2 Parts Help Request

Hi Viperers -

I am trying to find two specific OEM parts to have for my GT2 car. Has a very nice MGW shifter handle.The only non-stock in the interior. Would like to have the OEM shifter knob (pictured). Excellent condition only please. And if anyone has the OEM airbox, blue neoprene intake tubes and/or throttle bodies (pictured) as well.
