Would be great if you could post some photo's along the way and a bit of narrative, if you have the time & inclination. Good luck!

Already plan on it. I am a lone wolf in the garage, so without a camera man, I am going to do my best. I plan to follow these instructions and my shop repair manual from dodge ....

I agree with earlier posts, for a couple hundred dollars you get a whole cat back system, not just two exhaust tips. A virtual no-brainer.
Let Eddie do the install. Ideally, yes, any exhaust shop SHOULD be able to install this stuff but you would be surprised what they can mess up. Because any exhaust expands and contracts due to temp and ours has to come out of that specific exhaust surround, you have less room for error. A new owner in Tucson is having trouble with this as when his car heats up the exhaust "lengthens" and the tip hits the exhaust surround and has chipped the paint. When I first got my car, the first owner had ghetto rigged it to sound better (I guess it did but I think it robbed power and was begging for a clogged exhaust bank which I indeed got) and one of the tips was wonky and stuck out about an inch more and at a different angle. So...can one do it at home? Absolutely! Should you? Well, only if you know your way around exhausts and are prepared to make a few adjustments. There will probably be a bit of tweaking involved.

For me, it was the right call to let Eddie Martin do it and in fact I just had Jon B send my whole exhaust setup right to him.

Did you listen to some different setups on the Prescott run today?

I would never attempt any exhaust work that requires welding. The viper uses clamps so I feel like I can get it done quite well on my own. I would NEVER let some guy from an exhaust shop start removing my body panels... sounds like a bad idea.

I'm the same way...getting ready to install high flow cats on my '08, and I don't trust anyone other than me to do the install, at least not around here. Now, if Woodhouse was around the corner, that would be a different story.
