    Gran Turismo 6 screenshots

Well Christmas was pretty good to me, the girlfriend works for a video game store and loaded my stockings with a few games. Included in the pile is GT6, which I've been waiting months for! Anyway, raced for quite a while, earned a few million and started messing around with some cars. Enjoy!

Awesome game shots! I see photography mode looks great in GT6 just like it did in GT5. Love that green..

I've been an avid Gran Turismo fan since the first release back in the late 90's. I spent more time than I care to talk about playing these games, especially GT5. Really want to dive into GT6 but I just can't bring myself to purchase the game - just don't have the time to dedicate to playing it these days.

I've always had both Xbox and Playstation since their debuts. Started on Gran Turismo and then made the move when Xbox arrived. I've been a diehard Forza Motorsport fan since it came out up until this year. $60 for GT6 vs. $500 for Forza 5 (cause you have to buy the new system, I was never motivated to buy an Xbox One cause of the horrible pre-launch) just seemed better to begin with. Forza also lost cars and tracks (it's down to 200 cars total to 'make up for quality', so Dan Greenawalt says.) Turn 10 seems to cater more towards Microsoft these days than the fans of the series and take basic cars in previous games and package them in DLC content to make Microsoft a few extra bucks. No Nurburgring either, that was a major turn off for me.

Both games have their flaws, no doubt. I can live with the cars sounding like vaccum cleaners for better graphics and amazing handling characteristics, but I think Kaz and the designers of GT6 really pushed the limits on a PS3. While X-amount of cars are (still) Premium versions they haven't sacrificed anything like Forza has. So now I can sit back, play GT6 for a while, and buy a PS4 when GT7 arrives.

I've been playing it all day as well. I hate getting the licenses so I have spent most of my time on them. We got a PS4 as well, but up until GT7 comes out, the kids can play with it.
