Worked on my '16 ACRE that had a strange electrical issue. Took a while because Chrysler didn't have the part, but they took good car of the car and fixed the issue. Car was stored indoors while they had it and came back just as flawless as when it went in.

A couple of weeks ago, the family and I went to CAAP and tour the plant, and had Tom Sessions (another great guy - more about Tom on another thread) trailer our Viper back to Raleigh, to have some things done that were non dealer related. Because we live about 4 hours away, I ask Mike Reeves (Sales Manager) at Capital CJD, if we would not pick up the Viper and leave it in the show room until we could get it a week or so later. While at the dealership, I decided to upgrade from the 12-speaker to the 18-speaker stereo system. Al Humphries (Parts Manager), took care of ordering and ensuring the install was taken care of. Now to the point I was making, we picked up the Viper last night, drove to my bother-in-laws house, thought I would need fuel, since I did a factory pick-up, but no, the guys at Capital CJD, not only ensured my non dealer items were done, but also filled the Viper up with fuel. You could not ask for a better group of guys...

Forgot to mention that Capital CJD is a Sponsor here at the VOA.

What happened?? I used them for my R29 not too long ago and they initially screwed up my appointment time and I had to come back which pissed me off. However, the next time around they did do a great job taking care of me and my TA. I worked with Travis and he was a cool guy and Troy did a great job for my R29.

I purchased my car from Gossett in Memphis so I know they at least have a tech. No clue if they do good work. All I did was a quick meet and greet with the service manager when I picked the car up.

thanks dadeuce, I missed that thread. Any update Stealth.. That is very unfortunate, I feel your pain! Someone also mentioned there is a very good viper tech in Torrance. I believe he is mentioned in this thread.

Kansas City Area-- Gladstone Dodge has done a great job on warranty work on my previous Vipers[1997-2005-2013].Mike is the service manager, and Chris is the Viper tech. I highly recommend both. !!!!

I will try Irvine Dodge next. Again, based on multiple encounters over several years, I do NOT recommend Huntington Beach Dodge. This is not based on one incident.

Soon Dodge will need to authorize non-Viper Techs to perform warranty work. Then I will go back to Orange Coast Dodge.
