Take Brigham-Gill off list. Informed today they will not do recall work on the car. Claim they no longer have a viper tech on staff. Anyone else know of a dealer that will touch the car in New England? I'm talking out if all 6 new England states. Willing to travel out of state to get it done.

Thanks. I also spoke with Herb Chambers in Danvers MA who agreed to do it. Herb and Papa's are both 160 mile round trips in different directions but it is what it is.

Highly recommend this service dept as they have an excellent viper tech and all around good service staff. I have been taking my vipers there for the past 12years.

Normandin Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge in San Jose, CA

Surprised to see them on the list. Not sure about their "Viper" friendliness, but in 4 years I had 3 very bad experiences with Normandin:
    - 2012: Tried to get information on getting a Viper, getting on a waiting list, buying another Dodge while production started again. Was told by the sales guy to go and "check out yahoo cars".
    - 2015: Wanted to buy a Jeep for towing, they tried to sell me an underpowered car with no towing attachments telling me that if they threw in a $500 value hitch it'd be the same as having the factory tow package (BS). Ended up buying Jeep at a Mitsubishi dealer down the street.
    - 2016: Called to make an appointment to fix some Jeep recalls, would give me appointment in 3 months (they told me on the phone that they don't make more than 2 recall appointments per day).

Paul Normandin is the POC for viper sales. Did you deal with him or someone else?

I never approached them for my Viper, too many prior bad experiences, took my business elsewhere. I wrote to the owner after the first experience but never got a reply.

Didn't know this. I go to their Mopar show every spring and fall, and it's a nice car-friendly dealer. Didn't know they had a Viper tech there.

Viper Techs: they have 3 and I completely forgot them before I had a chance to write them down.

They may look like a smaller dealership but they are top notch. From the time I called until they had the parts was only 2 days. I was in and out in about 3 hours for the r28, r29, and door handle recall.

What's unfortunate is I have a large dealership in my home town that is run by idiots. What ever you do DO NOT go to Landers McLarty DCJR in Huntsville, AL. I had been attempting to get these recalls handled for over 2 months with them.

I have been taking my 2008 Dodge Charger R/T to my friend John Prosk at Scott Robinson CDJR in Torrance, CA for years! He is a certified SRT/Viper Master Technician and he is the absolute best. They call him "SRT John" in the LX community because he has, in a lot of people's minds, the best Charger SRT8 build the world has ever seen for the 1st generation LX. At work they call him "The Snake Charmer" because he's the only tech allowed to work on Vipers and he's damn good at it. I actually just dropped off my 2013 GTS to have some issues looked at today. He is the most detail oriented person I know. He covers the seats, covers the door sill, driver door and the are underneath the steering wheel to ensure he doesn't scratch or scuff. Anyway, here is the information:

Does he wear a white lab coat? When I purchased my car, the Viper tech was the one that brought it out for me to test drive. Was a very nice guy! Glad to hear he's well respected, since they give lifetime power train warranties, I have to bring the car back to them for the work to be honored.

Haha, sometimes! He's the very best. Here are some shots of his godly SRT Charger! The attention to detail is insane. He's replaced every single nut and bolt on that thing with premium / custom parts. Makes my modded Charger look like a joke.

Mike Bauz is the shop foreman and viper tech, only guy who works on Vipers and SRTs. Excellent mechanic, only one that drives the car and takes care of it. Has done all the bolt on work on my car as well as recalls.

I drive 35 miles to see this guys when needed, great Viper tech guy.
V10TT, I feel the need to pull this dealer from the list, based on Dan's experience in this thread:

Three trips and 3 weeks at the dealer and I just moved my car today and there's oil again on the garage floor, except that it seems to be getting worse with each trip.
Trip 1-My rear sidewinder got chipped on the inside spoke.
Trip 3- Got a u shape indentation on the front bumper paint and my car ran on 9 cylinders the way home because he forgot to reinstall the spark plug wire boot to the spark plug.
Service advisor tried to make me look like if I was trying to get a wheel for free. I reminded her that between my arrow and coilover install I had spent with them more than the wheels cost twice over.
Talked to dealer Monday and nobody had gotten back to me on the issue. I am pissed off and frustrated.

For those in the south Florida area that need a 30+ year Doge/Chrysler mechanic and has worked on vipers since day one contact me. I don't post his number because I have not gotten his permission. He has owned vipers and has done everything you could think to them. He's reliable, honest and a great guy. Highly recommended.

Dan, I (think) know how your talking about. Yes, he is good. But now works and owns a private shop. NO warranty work. so cant order parts.

Maybe Arrigo would just give me the R29 parts? doubtful.

Anyone know about West Palm Arrigo??? I mean. its a valve cover change.....LOL. how do you mess that up? I can do in my garage..

Derrick dodge handled some work on my car fine(ecm programming). However, depending on what it is, i'm sure myself or some of the other guys can help you for whatever you need.
