Mike Bauz is the shop foreman and viper tech, only guy who works on Vipers and SRTs. Excellent mechanic, only one that drives the car and takes care of it. Has done all the bolt on work on my car as well as recalls.

Been using Dean @ Papa's Dodge in CT for recall/maintenance on the GenV. Good guy, been around for a long time but very, very busy with Viper service for all generations. Call in advance for an appointment as his calendar gets booked fairly quickly. Sometimes the service desk is not up speed on the newest recalls but Dean is. Call him, ask him questions, get to know him.

This is mainly so owners know which dealerships they can trust to work on their snake for warranty related claims, because it can be a crap shoot sometimes.

I agree that this is a very good resource as is; but, focused solely on Gen V warranty work; leaving out several site sponsors and others that do excellent post warranty work.

A comprehensive, all-in-one place list would be a great resource for all Viper owners.

I did this thread because it seems the biggest complaint and question we have as Viper owners are, which dealership to take our cars to, and who to trust when we are forced to go to the dealer for something. I've seen well intention'd people lead fellow Viper owners to Viper graveyards for aftermarket support, and would rather not contribute to that here. With the dealership at least, you have a few ways to remedy poor experiences.
