My dealer told me about a Viper hotline but would not give me the number. Apparently it is for Viper techs. I need to get in touch with them to find out what broke when the tow truck lifted my new ACR by nose. So far that has not been diagnosed and I need someone in authority to tell the dealership what to look at and to convince the insurance company it needs to be done.

I would have the dealership call this hotline if it is not for the public and ask your questions.

855-SRT-TEAM worked for me. FCA rep responded. Not a viper technician but good customer service in helping to obtain parts and in helping with service. U most likely need yours up on a lift as others have suggested. Hopefully it's nothing major.
